How we stay independent, and how we get paid.

Businesses pay us nothing. We're compensated by the agencies we introduce, and only when the match actually works out, meaning a business we matched goes on to hire them. We're never paid for a higher score or a better placement. The research and the revenue stay deliberately separate, so the firm that ranks highest is simply the one that earned it.

Q.Does this cost the business anything?

No. Our service is free to the businesses we match. Agencies compensate us only when a business we introduced decides to work with them.

Q.Can agencies pay to rank higher?

No. Scoring is based entirely on our research. Payment never affects a score, ranking, or whether an agency is introduced.

Q.What if none of your agencies fit?

Then we tell you, plainly. We'd rather hold an introduction than send you one we don't stand behind.

Q.How long does a match take?

Most businesses receive a shortlist within a week of the initial conversation, depending on how specific the brief is.

Q.Who actually does the vetting?

Our analysts. Each agency is reviewed against a documented rubric, with primary research that includes conversations with past clients.

Q.Am I obligated to hire anyone?

Never. The shortlist is a recommendation. The decision is yours, and so is the relationship.
